What is Psychic? This widely used word, which can be an adjective or a noun, derives from the Greek psyche, meaning 'mind' or 'soul'. As an adjective, psychic is often used synonymously with paranormal. Any event that appears to challenge conventional assumptions regarding the limits of possibility is designated a psychic phenomenon. Paranormal. Literally, "beside the normal," a paranormal event is one that violates the boundaries of space and time, or cause and effect, as they are normally understood.

Parapsychology is the study of the evidence involving phenomena where a person seems to affect or to gain information about something through a means not currently explainable within the framework of mainstream, conventional science. Proponents of the existence of these phenomena usually consider them to be a product of unexplained mental abilities.

Nostradamus. Born in the early 16th century, Nostradamus has become one of the world's most widely known and read prophets.  His poetic yet cryptic quatrains are claimed by some to conceal information about future events. He completed a total of 942 quatrains which he organized into Centuries - groups of 100 quatrains (one Century only had 42 quatrains).   Do these writings actually predict the death of popes, rise of tyrants, and natural catastrophes to come?
